Russian Market Development Manager
Russian Market Development Manager - £57-65k + Bonus
My client, a world leader in online travel is seeking to recruit a Russian speaking Market Development Manager to join its team in Central London to lead the growth and expansion of the business across Russia and Eastern Europe.
In this role, main responsibilities will include,
* Identify opportunities and drive multiple initiatives aimed at benefiting the Russian and Eastern European markets
* Focus on becoming the travel market leader within the targeted markets
* Analyse key performance indicators in order to continue improving in areas such as traffic, monetisation, user experience etc.)
* Work closely with other teams within the business in order to deliver improvements to sites in the region
* Monitor the competitive landscape
* Enhance user experience and drive consumer engagement
* Recommend solutions to complex business or technical problems that impact the sites in the region
The successful candidate will speak Russian to native level as well as fluent English and must have relevant project/product management experience at a leading internet company or in the travel market. The candidate will have experience in successfully developing and managing new product launches including a proven ability to drive key decisions and to champion products. The ideal candidate will be educated to MBA level or equivalent and will have excellent communication, organizational, team playing and analytical skills.
